NIFU report 2017:13. This report presents the findings of a project commissioned by the Research Council of Norway (RCN). The main purpose of the project has been to capture and analyze the results and impacts of development research in Norway. Special attention has been devoted to RCN’s targeted programmes in this area during the last 20 years.
