NIFU Report 2017:19. This report presents the initial findings from a project of employability and learning trajectories of late career learners. The project is entitled ‘Silver lining’ and aims to deepen our understanding of the relationship between lifelong learning and the employability of older adults. The project is financed by the VAM-programme (Welfare, Working Life and Migration) of Research Council of Norway (RCN).
