Registration for the workshop will be opened July 1, 2025.

Workshop fee

Attendance at NWB has always been free, with travel and accommodation at self-cost. However, the administrative costs of organizing NWB have risen rapidly over the last years. Over the same period, interest in attending the workshop has also been rising. As a result, this year there will be a fee in the range of € 200-300 for attending the workshop. This fee includes the conference dinner on Thursday.

Fee waiver: NWB reserves a few spots for Ph.D students and researchers without institutional support that may be eligible for a fee waiver. There may also be funds for modest travel stipends for researchers travelling long distances. Please contact nwb25@nifu.no if you need a fee waiver or travel support to be able to attend the workshop. The organizing committee will prioritize early career researchers in the Nordic countries when allocating waivers and travel support.
